I keep typing Hagron instead of Hagrid. It's like my fingers hit the r and automatically go for Ron.

Oh, and yay. They're going to pay me thirteen dollars an hour to be a stockboy.
I'm definitely going to cry when I see my boss. She's losing her job too, only she has a really bad back and there isn't really anywhere else in the store she can work. Everything requires heavy lifting... which I'll no doubt be seeing in my future soon. >:P

Ah well. I'll get to spend time with the jailbait stockboys, including the one who looks like a Weasley.

I won't have a day like today for a long while.

Just when I was starting to get my life back to normal again, finishing fic and possibly dipping my toe into fandom, I've had it tipped upside down again. I've just lost my job, sort of.

I wasn't fired though, luckily, but the department I work in is closing. I just found out today, and we're going to be closed by the end of July. I honestly don't know what I'm going to do, but one of my co-workers and I went out and had a little anti-celebration tonight so I suppose that will have to do for now.

So, yeah. As I said above, I'm a little gobsmacked right now.

Oh god, my journal is turning into a whiny Real Life journal. This is an even worse tragedy than the situation at work. I have got to get back into fandom.

Quick, someone rec me a fic! I haven't even been reading pornish_pixies for goodness sake. They could take away my pervy!fangirl membership card for that. ;)

Okay, whew! Time with my computer finally.

Yeah, Real Life has been a bit crazy lately. I've been everywhere but home, have a fic overdue (nearly done, nearly done), and I haven't read my flist in ages.

I never thought I'd be here, but I think I need a bit of a fandom break. Actually, I think I'm already on a bit of fandom break.

I'm going to sit back and concentrate on fic for a bit, really work on my OMG!reversathon fic, and just take things as they come. I'm sure I'll get back into the swing of things when HPB nears.

Also, Rupert should have to eat something in this movie. I mean, they didn't feed Ron at all in PoA. How am I supposed to ship Ron/food if he doesn't eat anything. ;)

Come to think of it, I don't think I've ever read that particular pairing. Crabbe or Goyle/food, sure, but they have considerably fewer freckles.

Today, I smoked out of a nine inch long glass penis bong. The cute firefighter brought it over. It holds water in the testicles, oh yes, it was quite detailed, and you smoke out of a hole in the tip...

I really ought to have got a picture.

The firefighter also managed to stab himself in the leg while playing darts.

All in all, it was a fun night.

I don't have time to read my flist tonight, I really have to get my Ron Ficathon fic finished for the eighth and I'm going to be pretty busy in the next couple of days. I think I might have a date tomorrow, well I'm going out with someone tomorrow anyways, and then I have to spend time with the family on Thursday as it's my birthday. It's 05/05/05 though, which is pretty cool. So, I'll try to catch up later, but right now I think I need to stop the presses.

It's Ron/Fang set during Hagrid's stay in Azkaban. Chan, ambiguous consent, somnophilia, and bestiality obviously, could it get any better?
But it does. It's well written and quite sweet while still being enticingly wrong.

In other news of the weekend, I'll have plenty of time to work on my reversathon fic in the next little while, as in addition to the one day I was supended from work for being four minutes late, I have earned myself another three days off without pay for sleeping through my alarm and being an hour late on Sunday. *sigh*

I suppose I won't have to worry too much over whether I need to get a new job or not, as if I'm late once more for an entire year I get canned. Ah well. C'est la vie. It was my own damn fault.
